Paayband Sazeh Pishro Company began its operations in the Parand Industrial Town with the goal of providing specialized services in the design, fabrication, transportation, and installation of welded and bolted steel structures for residential, industrial, and special projects. Utilizing up-to-date technical knowledge, experienced personnel, well-organized production infrastructure, and advanced equipment, the company has earned a reputable position in the country’s steel structure industry.

The factory encompasses a 3,900-square-meter production hall, a 600-square-meter administrative and technical office, and a 5,500-square-meter open-air product storage area—creating an ideal setting for executing large-scale projects. Additionally, equipped with overhead cranes with 20- and 8-ton capacities, industrial forklifts, cargo tractors, specialized lifts, and comprehensive machinery for cutting, drilling, forming, and welding—including multi-nozzle gas cutters, combined punching and shearing machines, industrial saws, bending machines, submerged arc welding, CO2 welding, stud welding equipment, and electrode dryers—the company is fully capable of executing all stages of steel component manufacturing with precision and high quality.

Structural Design and Shop Drawing Preparation

The most advanced software such as Xsteel is used. The advantages of this software include:

  • This software, with its high graphical capabilities, is able to model steel structures in 3D with real dimensions.
  • With standard profile tables and non-conventional sections, it can automatically provide complete information for quantity take-offs and cost estimations in all areas.
  • The software can detect clashes using the Clash Check option.

 

Technical and Engineering Department

This department handles structural calculations and prepares shop drawings. Steel sheet cutting plans are automatically and optimally generated using Plus2D software, minimizing material waste.

 

Project Planning and Control Department

After scheduling the cutting of components, this department controls production activities, compares progress with the overall project timeline, and prioritizes fabrication based on site installation needs. Progress of each part is tracked using a barcode scanning system (SAZEH PLANNING software).

 

Warehouse Department

The warehouse department is responsible for receiving all raw material deliveries to the factory. With a large product storage area, it also handles the preparation of packing lists, loading, weighing, and dispatching of ready components to the installation site.

 

Procurement Department

This department provides the factory’s raw material needs, including steel, bolts and nuts, welding wires, paint, and other production essentials. It maintains up-to-date connections with suppliers to fulfill procurement requests from various departments and clients based on their preferred brands.

 

Installation and Surveying Department

After anchor bolts and column base templates are installed and before concrete pouring, inspections and necessary checks are conducted by the surveying unit, and concrete pouring approval is issued. In the second stage, all templates are aligned on axes, and any foundation execution error is reported to the production unit to be corrected in the factory when installing the main column bases. This ensures that columns are installed on their exact axes, and beams are fabricated according to the dimensions stated in the drawings.

 

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

To ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming raw materials and welding operations, non-destructive tests such as UT, PT, VT, and MT are regularly conducted. The Quality Assurance unit also prepares the project final book documenting all stages from initial material receipt to final product delivery.

 

Shot Blasting and Painting Department

Shot blasting is performed in a 2000 square meter area using a machine with a 2.2 × 2.2 meter opening. Alkyd, zinc chromate, and epoxy paints are applied in this department, with adhesion and thickness of each layer being controlled based on specified requirements.
